David Joseph & Company is seeking an experienced backend engineer to own the reliability, security, and scalability of a platform serving major enterprise customers in San Francisco.

You will build internal tools and systems to enable product engineers to ship features quickly, leveraging Golang, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP. This role emphasizes strong coding fundamentals, distributed systems design, and end-to-end ownership of critical services.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building distributed systems with strong coding fundamentals and systems design.
• Proficiency in Golang and hands-on cloud infrastructure experience (AWS or GCP).
