Job summary

A16Z GAMES is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE Engineer to partner with product and engineering teams to optimize the software development lifecycle for speed, safety, and reliability.

You will deploy AI tooling, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and manage cloud infrastructure across Kubernetes and major cloud providers, while building scalable internal platforms and observability to support rapid iteration.

Collaborative culture, strong automation, and a focus on reliability are expected in this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in at least one language: Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience managing infrastructure in a major cloud provider.
