Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Software Quality Engineering roles.
• Strong programming skills in Java and TypeScript.
• Experience with CI practices and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Karate, and Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests and test suites to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to define acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Analyze test results and report release readiness to stakeholders.
• Work with global teams to improve releases and quality practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Must have skills: - Automation, Java, TypeScript, Selenium, Playwright, Karate
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in Software Quality Engineering roles
• Proven programming skills in languages like Java and TypeScript
• Experience with continuous integration practices and automated deployment tools such as Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Karate, and Playwright
• Passionate about delivering on behalf of the business for the benefit of our end customers
• Your ability to work in a fast paced, globally dispersed, agile environment
• Proven understanding of Agile practices to provide ideas that improve releases

• Contribute to the design phases of projects to ensure engineering solutions are automatable
• Work with the team to identify suitable automation frameworks and develop automation tests
• Actively participate in all Agile Ceremonies including Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, and Retrospective
• Work harmoniously with engineering and business colleagues to define acceptance criteria for Stories
• Analyze and report test results, project tracking and product release readiness to business partners.
• Ensuring high quality of application delivery through test automation and execution
