See the Intro to Workbench support documentation for a summary of features, integrations, and technical details. # **Responsibilities*** Work closely with the development team to design, develop, and deliver new software features across Verily Workbench and Pre Platform solutions.* Collaborate cross-functionally to identify dependencies, coordinate delivery, communicate design decisions and define requirements.* Come up with ideas to technical design problems, compare options, and propose solutions.* Develop using industry-standard tools including Google Cloud, Go, Java, React, Terraform, and Kubernetes. # **Qualifications** Minimum Qualifications * BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience in software development.* 5+ years of experience as a software developer in an industry setting.* 3+ years experience building cloud-based software on any of: GCP, AWS or Azure (GCP preferred).* Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, C#, Go, or Python. Preferred Qualifications * Demonstrated experience with Go, Java, or TypeScript, and/or SQL.* Experience with designing and implementing cloud software built on a commercial cloud provider leveraging IaC frameworks like Terraform and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes or similar).* Education or exposure to healthcare or life sciences, with emphasis on HL7 FHIR or OMOP.* Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $123,000 -$176,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
