Overview

job summary: A remote contract position for a Senior Software Engineer in AI Foundational Services, focusing on developing scalable, AI-powered platforms with expertise in LLM integration, vector databases, and cloud-native technologies. The role involves building intelligent systems such as conversational AI, RAG workflows, and multi-agent orchestration to drive innovation across next-generation products.

Location: remote

Job type: Contract to Perm

Salary: $80 - 85 per hour

Work hours: 9am to 5pm

Education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services and AI pipelines, including RAG workflows, embedding processes, and agentic orchestration.
• Integrate LLM platforms and vector stores to develop intelligent, conversational systems and virtual agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, secure code delivery while contributing to CI/CD pipelines and Agile development processes.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in integrating LLMs and developing full-stack AI applications using Node.js, MongoDB, Angular, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Proven expertise in working with vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search technologies.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices, DevOps, and Agile methodologies to deliver secure and high-quality software solutions.
