Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with demonstrated ability to evaluate outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Participate in modernization and upgrade of the Credit Risk technology stack; align with industry best practices.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and maintain production code with robust design and secure coding.
• Create architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensure constraints are met by code.
• Analyze large data sets to develop visualizations and reporting for continuous improvement of software applications.
• Identify data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
