Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering with 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on development and testing using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and JavaScript.
• Experience with testing automation tools and SDLC processes.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and maintain code in a large corporate environment.
• Exposure to agile practices including CI/CD and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Executes standard software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Writes secure, high-quality code with limited guidance in at least one language.
• Designs and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream/downstream systems.
• Improves automation using SDLC tools to increase value.
• Troubleshoots and analyzes large data sets to inform decisions.
• Learns system processes and applies skills for secure, stable code.
• Contributes to a diverse, inclusive team culture.
