Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years software development experience.
• Experience with .NET C# and/or VB.NET.
• Familiarity with MS SQL and relational DBs.
• Familiarity with web services.
• Experience in design, development, deployment, and production support.
• Understanding OO design principles.
• Understanding microservices and containerization.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of significant software components and break complex initiatives into manageable tasks.
• Develop software solutions using applicable languages to meet business requirements.
• Write, test, debug, maintain, and document software applications.
• Develop reusable code and automate deployment processes.
• Create and execute functional tests to ensure software quality.
• Work independently on assigned components and report progress.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to coding standards.
• Provide guidance to junior Software Engineers.
• Assist with troubleshooting and production incidents.
• Communicate technical challenges and risks to stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
