Qualifications
10+ years of software engineering or systems engineering experience, preferably within a DoD or government environment.
Experience with DISA STIGs, patch management, and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update system software and firmware, including integration and version control.
Develop and test automation scripts for patch deployments.
Perform software testing and validation; create and maintain system manuals.
Identify, implement, and test security patches and configurations.
Assist in system hardening and C&A package preparation.
Skills
Software development methodologies (agile, DEVOPS/DEVSECOPS)
Windows and/or Linux system administration and scripting
Software version control systems
Strong documentation and communication skills
Education
