Qualifications

• Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
• Strong proficiency in object‑oriented programming and coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
• Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation scripting.
• Knowledge of API design, platform development, and component services.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with telemetry implementation and software performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to develop high‑level designs during project discovery phases.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production and business issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Translate project requirements into technical solutions, write and test code, and ensure timely delivery of software components.
• Influence technical direction within the team while fostering knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
• Develop and execute automated scripts for CI/CD processes and implement telemetry features to monitor application performance.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, defect management, and continuous improvement to maintain high‑quality software standards.
