• Write high-quality code, produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code primarily in Go, C++ and Java, or similar languages.

The Access Transparency (AXT) team is foundational to customer trust in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring every administrative access to user content is justified, transparent, and compliant with critical global standards like US Public Sector IL4/IL5/CJIS/ITAR and EU sovereignty P/R5. Our mission is to engineer the future of cloud compliance by giving customers definitive, auditable control over their data. We record and provide near real-time logs of Google personnel access, allowing customers to verify that privileged access occurs only for valid business reasons, such as fixing outages or responding to support cases. The AXT team is at the forefront of AI and automation within Cloud security, developing an agentic automation platform to ensure all of GCP is compliant.
