Acts as a product-team problem solver and domain SME to design, test, and deliver best in class solutions. Perform business/software analysis. Coordinate work with moderate complexity within assigned product team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Workday and Technical Experience:

Deliver solutions in Workday across Workforce Management, HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits through efficient and organized processes while maintaining high standards. Experience in configuring Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules is a priority.

Here is a list of our areas of expertise for Workday. Don’t worry, you don’t have to be a master at them all, but we’ll expect you to have understanding and experience in them:

1. At least 1 year of experience of Web Services (SOAP and REST)
2. Working knowledge of Workday Security, Business Processes, Reports, Calc Fields, Integrations framework, Studio, Custom reports, RaaS solutions, XSLT, Connectors & Document Transformation and BIRT
3. At least 2 years of experience in Relational Databases (SQL)
4. Integration Security (ISU & ISSG) and security surrounding integrations (PGP)

Workday Time Tracking and Scheduling Configuration Experience Needs:

1. Period Schedules, Worker Schedule Tags, Schedule BP Configs and Notifications
2. Time Off Plans and Segments, Time BP Config and Notifications
3. Time Entry Validations, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Entry Templates, Time Code Groups
