BCT LLC is seeking a Software Engineer SWE 2 to join our team with the ability to Telework 16 hours per week. The ideal candidate must possess an active TS/SCI with POLY and have experience in Policy and/or a SIGINT background.

The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, documenting, and maintaining complex software systems across analytics, data processing, and real-time applications. The candidate will work individually or in teams, review and test components, resolve defect

Qualifications

• Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
• Debug existing software and correct defects.
• Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
