Job summary

You will design and deliver automated testing solutions within an agile team to ensure secure, scalable software supporting the firm’s HR systems. The role requires hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cucumber), Java, SQL, and CI/CD practices, plus a focus on quality and secure coding

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI-assisted development tools.
• Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
• Experience across the Software Development Life Cycle.

Responsibilities

• Executes test automation solutions with design, development, and debugging.
• Creates secure, high-quality test automation code and algorithms.
• Uses AI-assisted coding tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity.
• Applies SDLC tools and CI/CD to improve automation value.
• Produces test automation architecture and design artifacts for complex apps.
• Develops test data solutions from large data sets.
• Identifies hidden issues in code quality and data through test automation.
