Attentive is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to build, scale, and operate production-grade ML systems enabling real-time personalization across the Attentive platform.

You'll partner with Product and Engineering, own critical ML components, and raise the technical bar in a fast-paced, late-stage startup environment. Strong experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch, Python, and large-scale data analytics is required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building ML systems
• Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch, xgboost, pandas, matplotlib, SQL, Spark or similar tools
• Proficiency in Python
• Extensive experience using ML and data analysis to build scalable data-driven products
• Led cross-functional ML projects across teams
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
