Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
- Debug and fix defects in code and validate results.
- Integrate software into new or modified systems or environments.
- Lead teams and guide development processes.
- Develop algorithms to meet system performance standards.
- Create and review software documentation and test procedures.
- Collaborate with system and hardware engineers to refine requirements.
