Job summary

Entrust Corporation seeks a Software Developer II to design and develop a smart card personalization suite for physical and digital cards. You’ll work with Java, React and modern web tech, aligning with the latest security standards.

The role requires independence, strong debugging skills, and sound judgment to deliver on time. Hybrid work with three in-office days weekly at headquarters in Shakopee, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent tech discipline.
• 3-6 years of experience building business apps with Java/Spring/React.
• Experience working with multi-person teams and projects.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, document and deploy software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues; identify root causes.
• Participate in requirement reviews, code reviews, unit testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with teams on new requirements and optimize systems.
• Maintain a process-oriented mindset and work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of secure development life cycle, threat modelling, and web security assessments.
