Job summary

Captivation Software is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to contribute across the stack, focusing on Java/Angular development and Elasticsearch integrations. The role requires security clearance and eligibility for work in the United States, with hybrid on-site work in Annapolis Junction, MD.

You will work on a project using Java, Angular, Elasticsearch, and related tooling, collaborating with a team to deliver robust software for mission-critical needs.

Qualifications

• Fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Four (4) years of SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Must hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph; U.S. citizen.
