Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in eligible fields (Information Systems or related field).
• 2+ years of professional experience supporting business analysis, system implementation, technology modernization, or business process improvement initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specs.
• Experience supporting SDLC activities including requirements management, design reviews, testing, defect triage, and implementation readiness.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, or comparable tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Ability to work onsite full time in Des Moines, Iowa; relocation assistance may be available.
• Ability to travel 0-20% on average.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications and system enhancements.
• Write, debug, and maintain code using approved programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, document technical solutions, and support delivery activities.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, defect resolution, and release preparation activities.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.
