Job summary

Advanced Acoustic Concepts, LLC, a subsidiary of Thales Defense & Security, is hiring Software Engineer II/III for multiple locations (Great River, NY; Lemont Furnace, PA; Clarksburg, MD; Manassas, VA). You will design, develop, test, and support software systems, including real-time, image/signal processing, and OS-related tasks.

You will work with C++, Python, Linux, and networking; lead technical activities, collaborate with customers, and help drive cost and schedule considerations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; 2+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with C++, Python programming.
• Linux (Red Hat, Ubuntu, etc.) knowledge and experience.
• Systems networking and interface design experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, analyze, document and support testing of products, systems, or subsystems.
• May use computer-aided engineering or other design/analysis software.
• Provide budget, cost, and schedule input for design assignments.
• Communicate clearly with team and customer as required.
