Job Title: Software Developer II/III

Location: Centennial, CO (Hybrid role: onsite Monday and Tuesday; remote Wednesday to Friday)

Type: Full-time, Experienced, Day shift

Education: Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

Experience: 2-5+ years in relevant IT roles

Job Responsibilities

1. Technical Ability: Collaborate with software teams, providing expertise and guidance.
2. Solution Design: Research, design, and implement scalable, high-performance, secure solutions.
3. Technical Consulting: Mentor developers, ensure standards adherence.
4. Communication: Explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
5. Standards: Develop and follow coding standards; evaluate new technologies.
6. Problem Solving: Address complex technical issues.
7. Legacy System Maintenance: Support and maintain existing software.
8. Business Process Understanding: Assist in requirements gathering and solution design based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in .NET (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET), SQL, Angular, HTML, CSS
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to mentor and handle multiple projects
• Understanding of Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in structural/civil engineering principles
• Experience with engineering analysis software or 3D graphics
