The Growth organization is focused on helping users realize long-term value from the company. The team plays a critical role in that journey by driving expansion within existing accounts.

Many of our customers start with just a few users — often in product or data teams. Our job is to unlock value for everyone else. We build features that help new users set up, get activated, leverage AI for frictionless insights, highlight relevant parts of the product they might otherwise miss, and expand usage across teams and departments. This is especially impactful in large, complex organizations, where getting from the first few users to broad adoption is a multiplier for retention and revenue.

We work across the company’s core product suite and integrations, partnering closely with Product, Design, and GTM. We ship fast, test often, and use data to guide what we build and where we invest. Our work touches activation, feature adoption, habit formation, and expansion — the entire lifecycle of turning someone from a new user into a loyal advocate.

This is a role for a product-minded engineer who wants to own meaningful projects end-to-end and help shape the strategy and systems behind how customers adopt the company.

As a Software Engineer on Growth, you will:

• Design and build product features that drive activation, engagement, and cross-team expansion

• Create third party connections, allowing other products to integrate with the company

• Collaborate with Product, Design, GTM, and other engineers to prioritize and deliver impact

• Leverage AI coding tools to speed up development while staying grounded in system understanding

• Improve the quality, reliability, and maintainability of the code you touch

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have strong experience with modern web technologies, especially React, Node.js, and GraphQL

• Can break down complex problems and own features from idea to release

• Think deeply about the user experience and how technical decisions show up for the customer

• Use data to make product decisions and are comfortable working through ambiguity

• Communicate clearly, proactively, and with empathy across functions

• Bias toward action and iterative learning — you ship, test, and adapt

• Are motivated by building systems that drive business impact and user success

• Growth mindset: are motivated by moving metrics and driving concrete business outcomes while solving customer pain points

• Use AI tools (like Cursor, ChatGPT or Claude) to accelerate, not replace, your workflow

• Have worked on product-led growth or expansion initiatives

• Have experience building in-product education, onboarding, or integration surfaces

• Are comfortable designing for enterprise users and scaling systems across diverse org structures

• Understand experimentation and A/B testing platforms

• Have led cross-functional initiatives or worked closely with GTM partners

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for individuals who will work for the company in Colorado: Colorado range: $131,000 - $180,000 base salary (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in New York City, the following details are for individuals will work for the company in New York City: New York City salary range: $146000 - $200000 base salary (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in California, the following details are for individuals who will work for the company California: California salary range: $146000 - $200000 base salary (inclusive of bonus or commission)

Based on legislation in Washington state, the following details are for individuals who will work for the company in Washington state: Washington salary range: $131,000 - $180,000 base salary (inclusive of bonus or commission)
