What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and configure Coupa modules, including Purchasing, Invoicing, and Supplier Portal
- Provide day-to-day support for users across the organization and troubleshoot system issues
- Collaborate with Procurement and Finance teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of integration between Coupa and ERP systems
- Develop and manage reports and dashboards within Coupa
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or Business-related field from an accredited university
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Coupa Administrator or in a similar procurement systems role
- Solid knowledge of Coupa configuration, modules, and system administration
- Experience with ERP system integrations
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- COUPA Certification is preferred
- Certifications from other accrediting bodies will be considered
- Experience with ERP applications is a plus but not required
