Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain code following company standards in an agile/scrum environment.
• Participate in peer code and design reviews.
• Build applications that meet industry regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with SDLC frameworks, audit, and security requirements.
• Gradually take on more complex development tasks and work independently.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and foster innovation.
• Contribute to complex projects and be available for travel and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of professional software development experience, including one year as a subject matter expert.
• Experience in C# and React.js.
• Proficiency in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
• Knowledge of API creation, front-end and back-end development.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $75,800 - $96,700, with actual pay adjusted based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, 401k, HSA, FSA, wellness programs, tuition reimbursement, and more.
