Job summary

Torc Robotics is seeking a Software Engineer II to join the Build Tools team. You will own automation for the engineering org, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and run production infrastructure to support release velocity and reliability.

Strong Python skills, containerization, and cloud architecture are required. You will work on on-call rotations and contribute to documentation, runbooks, and tutorials to help teams ship safe autonomous vehicle software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of experience or Master's with 0–3 years in software/DevOps.
• Production infrastructure and CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build technology solutions, analyze requirements and scope with the team.
• Design discussions with diagrams and documentation for clarity.
• Write and test code, and fix bugs to ensure quality.
• Collaborate to integrate work into the codebase and participate in code reviews.
• Contribute to on-call rotations and analyze production incidents.
• Expand runbooks, tutorials, and API documentation.
