Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience developing and supporting web-based applications.
• Experience with Spring Framework/Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop and maintain web applications using modern frameworks.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues with root cause analysis.
• Create technical documentation, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Participate in Agile development activities and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance within the team.
