In this full-time position, you will sit at the center of the Compass platform, building products that guide agents from the first client contact through the close of a deal. The base pay range for this position is $126,990–$141,100, varying based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the overall compensation package, which also includes a full range of medical, dental, vision, and tele-health benefits, a 401(k) plan, FSAs, commuter programs, and paid vacation, holidays, sick time, parental leave, and recharge leave.
