Job summary

Bestica Inc. is seeking a software professional with 4-7 years of experience to research, design, implement and manage software programs.

You will test and evaluate new programs while collaborating with developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts to deliver robust solutions. The role requires experience in coding, testing, debugging, and a solid understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies, plus strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in computer programming and development of complex business processes and system solutions
• Experience in coding, testing, and debugging of programs in development and/or requiring support for issue resolution
• Ability to design programs and systems logic and prepare program specifications
• Highly developed oral and written communications skills
• High level of interpersonal skills to motivate and collaborate with others
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and how they relate to the organization
• Knowledge of architectural concepts and tools relevant to infrastructure and applications
