Job summary

You’ll work with AI-enabled workflows and CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable SaaS solutions. You will partner with multiple engineering teams to align technical initiatives with business goals, while maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring system reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software engineering with TDD and design concepts.
• Proficiency in backend development using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience at scale with thousands of hosts and millions of users.
• Experience building CI/CD systems in large-scale environments.
• Ability to balance urgent business needs with long-term technical initiatives.
• Experience with modern web development lifecycle tools (testing, staging, deploying, monitoring).
• Strong collaboration for large team initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend systems that power customer-facing apps.
• Collaborate with infra, platform, and other software teams.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, ArgoCD).
• Improve performance using Postgres, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Apply TDD and design concepts to complex technical initiatives.
• Translate customer needs into robust SaaS solutions.
