Job summary

Your job You’ll build thoughtful, high-impact experiences that help businesses and reps understand and act on opportunities to get better hiring results. This is a full-stack engineering role with a strong front-end focus: you’ll create intuitive, polished user interfaces while also working across APIs, services, and the systems that power them. You’ll partner closely with product managers, designers, data teams, and other engineers to take work from idea to launch. The work is varied and fast-moving, so you should enjoy context-switching between projects, solving ambiguous problems, and balancing user experience details with dependable technical delivery.
