Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Software Engineer with Java experience to join our Fulton, MD team. You will develop features for a real-time situational awareness C2 system, design and code critical capabilities, and collaborate within an Agile environment to deliver robust software solutions.

You will gain exposure to full software lifecycle, engage with cross-functional teams, and contribute to mission-critical defense programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
• Experience and/or knowledge in programming multithreaded systems.
• Experience in software development using Java or C++.

What You Will Do:

The salary range for this role is 62,900 USD - 119,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
