Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is expanding its Generative AI engineering team to design, implement, and ship LLM-powered agent tools, MCP integrations, and RAG systems currently in production use. You will work with Python (FastAPI, LangChain) and TypeScript/React, using Claude Code as a core tool in a fast-paced, AI-native SaaS environment.

Expect collaboration across teams, code reviews, and a focus on scalable, secure software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of production software development experience.
• At least 1 year hands-on experience with LLM, agentic, or AI/ML systems in production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain LLM agent pipelines, MCP integrations, and RAG systems using Python and TypeScript/React.
• Use Claude Code as a daily engineering tool for code generation and debugging.
• Collaborate to optimize existing AI-powered software and participate in code reviews.
• Write broad unit and integration tests consistently.
