Honeywell is seeking a Software Engineer I to design, develop, test, and maintain cloud-connected applications and services using Microsoft technologies. Qualifications

• 1+ year of software development experience.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.
• Understanding of REST APIs, web services, and API integration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of object-oriented design principles and software development best practices.
• Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and cloud-based services.
• Configure and support API Management platforms and API lifecycle processes.
• Design and optimize database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, Blazor, or similar technologies.
• Participate in software design discussions, code reviews, and technical planning sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with product management, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Follow Honeywell software development, cybersecurity, and quality standards.
• Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment pipelines.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and software development best practices.
