Software Engineer - Golang Middle+ [Campaign Automation]

We’re looking for a Software Engineer (Golang) to join our Campaign Automation team.

The Campaign Automation team is at the forefront of driving client acquisition through innovative technology. We develop and enhance solutions for marketing communications and referral program management—both of which directly influence the company’s customer acquisition costs.

As a Software Engineer on this team, you’ll focus on building scalable backend services using Go to support responsive, high-performance applications. Your work will span backend development for landing pages and internal tools, platform integrations, A/B testing infrastructure, and the implementation of acquisition-focused features.

We’re still early in our journey, which means you’ll have the chance to grow rapidly, take ownership, and see the tangible impact of your work in production.

• Interactions with other teams for the successful implementation of tasks
• Participate in architecture of backend services and development of a complex system using modern technologies

What makes you a great fit:

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering
• Excellent proven knowledge of Go
• You have an experience crafting robust, high-scale, distributed systems in production environments
