Job summary

Haladir is seeking a full-stack engineer to help build and deploy its products end to end, spanning data infrastructure and integrations with WMS, TMS, ERP, and OMS. You will ship both frontend and backend, possibly visiting operator sites to understand floor decisions and turning constraints into product features.

We emphasize deep use of AI coding tools, fast yet correct delivery, and strong product sense. A willingness to relocate to San Francisco and travel to customer sites is required.

Role Description:

You will help build and deploy Haladir’s products end to end. The stack spans data infrastructure and integrations with the systems operators already use, including WMS, TMS, and OMS, through the decisioning layer and the interfaces warehouse teams use every day.

You will ship across frontend and backend, potentially spend time at operator sites understanding how decisions are actually made on the floor, and turn those operational constraints into product. We move quickly, and AI coding tools are a core part of how we build. We expect you to use them deeply and effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Exceptional full-stack engineer who can own a problem end to end, from schema to interface
• Uses AI coding tools as a core part of their development workflow and has shipped meaningful production software with them
• Fast and efficient without sacrificing correctness, with strong judgment on what to build and what to skip
• Strong product sense and the ability to turn an operator conversation into a product decision without needing a detailed spec
• Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and travel to potential customer sites
• US work authorization

Preferred Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled or finished Bachelor’s degree
• Early-stage startup experience
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as WMS, TMS, ERP, or OMS
• Experience with optimization algorithms, operations research, or decision-making systems
• US citizen
