Job summary

Mica is seeking a Software Engineer (Full Stack) to build brand-new web applications and APIs from the ground up in a greenfield project. You’ll work directly with the Founder, shaping architecture and delivering scalable features.

You’ll design and deploy full-stack solutions using Next.js, Go, and GCP, owning from design through deployment and monitoring. Remote work is supported, with a strong emphasis on clear communication and collaboration across product and engineering.

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP) and Linux servers.
• A passion for working on greenfield projects and tackling ambiguity to define technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of taking ownership of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a strong engineering culture through code reviews and documentation.

What you’ll do

Design, develop, and deploy new, full-stack web applications and APIs that enable critical B2C/B2B products.

Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features, from initial technical design and architecture through deployment and monitoring.
