Job description

Uplimit is an AI-driven learning platform that helps organizations design and deliver learning programs. The Software Engineer - Full Stack will be responsible for building user-facing features and working on AI projects, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the education experience.

Responsibilities

• Build new user-facing features and design foundational aspects of the education platform and its interface with learners.
• Work on cutting-edge AI projects involving LLMs, such as an AI tutor and AI-augmented course creation, rethinking teaching and learning experiences with AI.
• Own features end-to-end and become an expert across domains like payments, emails, the student portal, live sessions, chat and community, analytics, and developer tools.
• Learn from past projects to improve future development processes.
• Redefine best-in-class software development practices to build an opinionated product.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, customer success managers, and sales teams to create engaging experiences for students and instructors.

Skills

• Proficiency in full-stack development, including frontend and backend work.
• Experience with programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, Python, Java, etc.
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle: requirements, design, coding standards, reviews, source control, build, testing, and operations.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with AI/ML products is a plus.
