The Distribution Technology - Direct Sales team is looking for a Software Engineer who is interested in developing large-scale full-stack consumer applications that help protect our customers and mitigate fraud/cyber risk. As a Software Engineer, you will utilize customer-centric design thinking practices and standard Agile/Lean software development methodology to build innovative solutions that protect customers and support the business.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative partner: Working side-by-side with product and designer colleagues, youll ensure quality through collaborative design and development

Qualifications

• Three years of software engineering experience


• Experience working in an agile environment utilizing Scrum, Kanban or XP.


• Proficiency with React, Node.js and GraphQL


• Solid understanding of AWS and serverless/cloud engineering including the ability to build and integrate APIs


• Familiarity with CI/CD processes


• Strong oral and written communication skillsand a knack for explaining your decision-making process to non-engineers


• A collaborative, adaptable working style, demonstrated initiative and the ability to prioritize your time and efforts


• A thorough grasp of technology concepts, business operations, design and development tools, system architecture and technical standards


• Bachelors degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience


• Solid foundation in networking, security principles, and cloud-based threat mitigation preffered
