has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Twin Software Simulation and Deployment Engineer to support Strategic Space Communications Programs in El Segundo, CA. This position will support the Boeing Defense Services (BDS) business unit.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced and Lead Software Engineers.
Our team builds software and hardware-based satellite simulators and emulators in support of the world’s highest-performing satellite systems for U.S. government and commercial customers.
In this role you will design, implement, test, and maintain software models and system-level simulators that reproduce operational conditions (i.e., simulated scenarios) to enable mission rehearsals and spacecraft operator training. This is an opportunity to support multiple software-based projects in a rapid, agile CI/CD environment using modern technologies and tools. We’re looking for skilled developers who thrive in collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams, like to try new things, and aren’t afraid of a challenge.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
This position is expected to 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. Basic relocation will be offered for eligible internal candidates.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Experienced level (Level 3): USD $135,150 – $182,850
Summary Pay Range for Lead level (Level 4): USD $171,700 – $232,300
