Encord is hiring an outstanding engineer to push our platform to the next level. You’ll join a small, highly collaborative team and drive product and team growth. You will own end-to-end projects, from deployment to monitoring, while maintaining a high bar for performance and reliability.

We use Python and TypeScript across the stack, with Kubernetes and GCP underpinning our infrastructure. This is a hands-on role in a fast‑moving startup environment, offering strong growth and equity

Qualifications

• Seasoned engineer with hands-on experience building reliable, high‑performing software at speed.
• Ambition to work on impactful product features end-to-end.
• Comfortable moving across the stack and solving problems from first principles.
