Job summary

Uniswap Labs in New York City is hiring its first new-grad engineering cohort. You will join an engineering pod and ship production code in your first weeks, paired with a dedicated senior engineer who mentors your growth.

You will learn full-stack skills across web, backend, and infrastructure, with in-person work at our NYC headquarters five days a week. Prior crypto experience is not required, and internships or open-source work are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field completed (or completing) between Dec 2024 and Sep 2026.
• Evidence of building: internships, shipped side projects, open-source contributions (include links).
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to pick up new languages and systems quickly.
• Genuine excitement about crypto and DeFi — no prior crypto experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ship production code used by millions across web, backend services, infrastructure, and smart contracts.
• Work side-by-side with a senior mentor and pod: pairing, code review, ownership.
• Move across parts of the stack to learn build complete products, not just components.
• Work in person at the NYC headquarters five days a week.
