Job summary

Uniswap Labs in New York City is hiring its first new-grad engineering cohort. You’ll join an engineering pod, ship production code in your first weeks, and be paired with a senior engineer who guides your growth. We shape engineers to be full-stack from the start, with ownership across the stack.

You'll work five days a week at our NYC headquarters, collaborating with mentors and learning through real projects, regardless of prior crypto experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS or related field completed or in progress between Dec 2024 and Sep 2026.
• Evidence of building: internships, shipped side projects, open-source work; include links.
• Strong CS fundamentals and ability to pick up languages/systems quickly.
• Genuine excitement about crypto/DeFi; no prior crypto experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ship production code across web, backend, infrastructure, and possibly smart contracts.
• Work with a senior mentor and pod; pair programming and ownership.
• Move across stack areas to learn building complete products, not just components.
• Work on-site at the NYC headquarters, 5 days a week.
