Job summary

Syntronic R&D USA is seeking an experienced engineer to scale the production backbone of an AI-powered design platform. You will migrate a sandboxed product into a hardened, multi-tenant service used by internal teams and external partners.

You’ll own the first year of production growth across multi-account AWS infrastructure, enterprise SSO, and secure data paths, with a focus on reliability, observability, and operator ownership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning production distributed systems on AWS.
• Deep fluency in idempotency, retries, observability, multi-tenant isolation.
• Built multi-stage CI/CD pipelines with gates, approvals, and rollback.
• Integrated OIDC/SAML SSO into real services (bonus: with desktop/CLI clients).
• Strong Python; comfortable in TypeScript.

Build the production backbone of an AI-powered engineering design platform - already in daily use, now ready to scale. You’ll take a working product out of its sandbox and turn it into a hardened, multi-tenant service that internal teams and external manufacturing partners rely on.

The Mission

Own the first year of production growth: multi-account AWS infrastructure, enterprise SSO, secure partner data paths, and a contributor platform that lets engineering teams ship independently - then hand it off clean.
