We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our Phantom Works team in Berkeley, Missouri. This role is integral to supporting the Open Architecture Systems Integrated Software (OASIS) Solutions within Boeing’s Phantom Works, an advanced research and development organization. The successful candidate will possess an active Top Secret security clearance and will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating sophisticated software solutions for space-based effects supporting air domain missions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that have a significant impact on national security and technological advancement.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a minimum of five years of relevant software engineering experience. An active Top Secret security clearance is mandatory. Candidates should have extensive experience with Java and/or C++ object-oriented programming, along with at least three years of leading software development projects. Familiarity with MATLAB is also required. Preferred qualifications include advanced degrees, additional years of experience, and familiarity with physics-based modeling software, DevSecOps practices, and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment are essential.
