The role covers design, development, testing, and maintenance of non-embedded software, translating customer needs into robust software architectures and interfaces.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years in software design and proficiency in C/C++, C#, Python, Java, or Ada, with eligibility for a Secret security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• 4+ years of experience designing, documenting, and maintaining software architectures, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests, and maintains non-embedded software across end-to-end lifecycle.
• Translates customer requirements into initial software design.
• Develops and optimizes software products for system integrations.
• Documents architectures, requirements, interfaces and designs for software products.
• Debugs and resolves issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Handles user inquiries and analyzes feedback.
• Implements current technologies, tools, frameworks and regulatory changes.
• Monitors software processes, tools and KPIs aligning with goals.
• Executes software R&D projects.
• Advises on software domains and regulatory considerations.
• Performs software project management and supplier management tasks.
