Job summary

SITEC Consulting, LLC. is seeking a Software Engineer/Software Developer to support a high-visibility DoD mission-planning software program. The role focuses on developing, sustaining, modernizing, testing, and improving mission-critical software capabilities.

Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and deploying software; analyzing requirements and defects; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Travel may be required periodically.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience with DoD or federal software projects.
• Experience in agile software development environments.
• Experience with DevSecOps, configuration management, defect tracking, and version-control practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical-documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
