Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Software Engineer – Developer to join the P-8 Missions System Software Engineering team in Kent, WA.
Our teams is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Software Engineer – Developers.
The P-8 Poseidon program is the premier Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) platform for the US Navy and several international partners. Candidates will belong to an Agile software engineering development team that supports operating system, hardware, platform, and application development.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range for Associate level (Level 2): USD $106,250 - $143,750
Summary Pay Range for Experienced level (Level 3): USD $135,150 - $182,850

This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required.
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Required

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
