Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer on complex programs and contracts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline is required; substitution allowed: 4 years of SWE experience for a bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements.
- Debug existing software and correct defects.
- Design and code new software or modify existing software to add features.
- Develop data queries for databases or data repositories.
- Significant software design, implementation, and documentation duties.
- Lead the team as appropriate within the software development process.
