The anticipated salary range for this role is between $85,000.00 and $170,000.00. The specific salary offered will depend on qualifications, experience, and market analysis at the time of hire. Job Summary

Jenius Bank seeks a hands-on Software Engineer - Data proficient in Python. You will be part of the team responsible for building Data Marts and an Analytics Platform for credit card products within the Digital Bank Unit. You will design and build data engineering pipelines to ingest data into lakes and warehouses and generate business-critical reports.

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Experience with large-scale data warehouse, data lake, and analytics platform solutions on GCP.
• Monitor Data Lake operations and coordinate support teams.
• Design, build, and test scalable data ingestion pipelines; automate ETL processes.
• Extract application telemetry data, structure it, and send to reporting tools (Kafka, Splunk).
• Create reports for usage monitoring, billing, and SLA tracking.
• Gather and document requirements with business and cross-functional teams.
• Support ETL/ELT jobs for availability and performance.
• Provide technical support and cross-train team members.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement opportunities.

Position Specifications

• Bachelor's in CS, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.
• 4+ years in Data Engineering focusing on Data Warehousing and Analytics.
• Experience building scalable data pipelines (ETL).
• Proficiency in Python and Notebooks.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services (Dataflow, DataProc, BigQuery, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, and communicate effectively.
• Strong data modeling skills.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD technologies.
