Job summary

Susquehanna is hiring a Software Engineer for the Inbound Clearing team. You will build systems supporting firmwide clearing workflows, data pipelines, and real‑time visibility.

Expect to own data normalization, reporting, and reconciliation across assets and venues while partnering with Operations, Treasury, and Trading. Ideal candidates bring strong Python and SQL, hands‑on data pipeline experience, and a proactive approach to improving legacy processes.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on development experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience building data pipelines and working with large datasets.
• Strong data accuracy, reconciliation, and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Re-architect and enhance inbound clearing pipelines to normalize data across asset classes and venues.
• Develop automated reporting tools for financing, margin, cash movements, and exposure.
• Drive data quality and reconciliation across positions, balances and trades.
• Collaborate with Operations, Treasury, and cross-functional teams to refine requirements.
• Leverage AI-assisted tooling to improve delivery quality and velocity.
